Research on the experiment to improve the concrete intension of flyash by external reactant

Abstract ：From researching the experiment of the external reactant added flyash concrete intension ， this paper proved that the external reactant can improve the early and late intension of the flyash concrete.

　　眾所周知，在混凝土中摻入一定量的粉煤灰，能節(jié)約水泥、降低水化熱，提高抗侵蝕性，改善拌和物的粘聚性，提高混凝土的抗?jié)B性，并能處理工業(yè)廢渣，減少環(huán)境污染[1]。但是會降低混凝土的早期強度增長速度。本文簡要介紹利用外加劑提高粉煤灰混凝土強度的試驗研究成果。

1 　試驗材料

水泥：天鵝牌42.5級普通硅酸鹽水泥， R3=35.1MPa ， R28=57.8MPa 。

　　砂：五常市產河砂，級配符合II 區(qū)要求，細度模數為2.41 。

石：龍江縣產5～20mm碎卵石。

水：自來水。

外加劑：木質素磺酸鈣、潭建牌高效減水劑。

粉煤灰：將II級粉灰磨細并摻入少量無機礦物改性復合而成粉煤灰復合超細粉，
